Greek Salad

Prepare and enjoy the famous greek salad at home!  


3-4 juicy tomatoes, depending on the size

1 medium red onion

1 cucumber

1 green pepper

8 black olives

150g block feta cheese

2  tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

sea salt



  1. Wash thoroughly and strain the vegetables. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, slice the onion into thin rings, cut the cucumber in slices
  2. Place all the vegetables and the olives in a large bowl.
  3. Season with salt (not too much needed, the feta cheese and the olives are salty enough) and pour over the extra virgin olive oil. Toss everything together, so that the flavours mix.
  4. Place the feta cheese on top, a drizzle of olive oil and dried oregano.


Your delicious Greek salad is ready! Enjoy!
